The cooperation of 3D Akademi and Anima will remain unchanged in 2009-2010 training term. The leading animation and special effects company of the sector, Anima, will provide practical exercise fields, workshops, assistancy and courses of training at advertising projects to the 3D Akademi students.In this way, the students will get the chance to step into the professionalism and improve their skills. Anima produces many of the 3D animation and stop-motion movies that we see on TV commercials and it is one of the most important and universal animation studios of Turkey with its sector experience of 15 years and professional animator staff.

3D Akademi was established to satisfy the needs of the people who are devoted to animation, composition, game programming and the people who want to be trained at academic standards. 3D Akademi is an establishment that combines the training courses of the computer arts under one foundation.

But it’s not only a training center it is a workshop, an interaction center that has designers, software engineers and a strong Ar-Ge department at the same time.It is a meeting place at which conferences, displays, workshops about CG are held with the attendance of the CG artists from the whole globe.3D Akademi is a guide that courages the students to implement their personal projects and supports them about joining the local and universal festivals, organizations, competitions. So far, 3D Akademi has run seminaries at nearly 25 universities from İstanbul to Kibris and made a good deal of contribution on this field to the development of Turkish animation and game sector. A lot of people met this sector through the seminaries that 3D Akademi arranged jointly with Autodesk and Microsoft companies.

In our country in which the rapidly growing CG workspace has just started to be a sector, the existence of an establishment like 3D Akademi will play a very important role at setting the sector-specific standards because of the investments it made in labour which is the element that sets the work quality mostly. As such 3D Akademi has developed strong relationships with the sector, it doesn’t define itself out of the sector to be a solution to every kind of demands that will come from Turkish CG sector.

3D Akademi’s graduated students work at major companies such as ATV, Show TV, Tv8, Digiturk, Anima, Animarka, Optima Production, Animax, Intro Production.Contrary to the other training establishments, 3D Akademi haven’t left its students alone after the graduation; it has presented the opportunity to work at the great companies whose names mentioned above thanks to the training course support it provides.3D Akademi opens the door to the students who want to work abroad or have a master’s degree and it is in cooperation with the universities and CG companies around the world not only in Turkey.
